Laura founded Ignite HR in 2016 to provide small to medium size businesses with an HR partner whose expertise is normally only be available to large organizations. Laura has served in human resources since 1996, and holds dual, senior level certifications. Julianne Jackson – Human Resource Specialist
Julianne joined IgniteHR in September of 2018. She has served in human resources since 2012 working with publicly-traded, small-sized, and nonprofit organizations. As a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), she believes in empowering organizations through employee relations fueled at a human-level.
