Your HR Partner is the go-to person for you and your management team for all things human resource related. - Ignite HR provides a complete review of policies, procedures and employment related records to uncover compliance risks or opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
HR Infrastructure
- Ignite HR will provide you with an employee handbook, job descriptions and a performance management system. These items will be your HR infrastructure to support managing performance, ensuring compliance and communicating expectations to employees.
Management Training & Coaching
- Managers often rise to their position by being the best performers in their area of expertise, but when the title of “Manager” is added to their role they may be a bit lost. Ignite HR specializes in developing employees into managers and managers into leaders. We offer an extensive line of management training programs, but leaders are not born in classrooms. Leaders develop on the frontlines, and Ignite HR will also engage one-on-one with your managers to coach them to make their best contribution to the organization.
